We all have things in our lives that we do not like, do not want to do, or that we are simply afraid will harm or hinder us. Fear keeps us from activities, meeting and socializing with others, and from manifesting our desires. Certain fears also keep us in learning mode. Some situations are repeated because we have yet to learn the specific lesson related to the situation or issue.
Acknowledge your fears. In a simple writing activity write down your fears on a sheet of paper or in a notebook. Write a fear or negative thought on the paper. Next, write a statement that changes the fear or thought into a positive affirmation or action.

Example:
Negative Thought: I am always tired and will never find the time to exercise.
Affirmation: I am full of energy and exercising three days a week makes me feel good.
The affirmation takes a negative thought and makes it both positive and possible. The statement goes a bit further and makes an action or activity an “act as if” statement. Acting as if a desire or action has already manifested helps us to release the resistance of the activity in our minds. In other words, this conditions your thoughts to finding ways to get that exercise in during the week and to enjoy it because there is time to exercise and you will feel good both before and after the exercising.
This exercise works better the old school way by writing it on paper instead of typing the words. Writing the words helps us to focus on our thoughts and emotions and we tend to remember our written words over our typed ones.
This is an activity that helps you to move your mountains by not focusing on them. This writing exercise helps us to look beyond our fears to a positive outcome. Acknowledge your fears and make plans to remove them from your thoughts, and vocabulary. Move those fears out of your life. Say your affirmations out loud daily. Have gratitude for positive results even before they become your reality.
So, whether you want to pay your debts down, lose weight, or correct unhealthy habits it is all possible by changing your thoughts. Seeing the positive within the issue, fear or thought. Look beyond your challenges, don’t focus on them. Focus on the good. Concentrate on the positive outcome. Create affirmations for the situation and the desires. Soon, you will let go of the negative thoughts and will create some awesomeness in your life.
….and so it is.
