Things that no longer serve a good purpose or add positive meaning to your life can be removed now. Close your eyes, breathe in thorough your nose, hold it for seven seconds, now breathe out through your mouth slowly. Breath in and exhale one more time. Now, ask what no longer serves you that should be removed from your life now. What comes to mind? How do you feel about the thing or person. How do you feel about letting go of them? If the items (or even people) have served their purpose, or are causing unwanted stress, gracefully let go of them. It is time.
Donate items to Goodwill, The Salvation Army, or to people that would better benefit from the things right now. Be happy about creating this new space. Clutter will be gone and the flow of energy will be better in your environment. Also, attitudes and emotions may experience less stress from having let go of toxic relationships.
Express happiness for items that will benefit another person. Be grateful for letting go of a person that serves you not good at all. This could be a person that keeps expressing negative energy towards you, or a person that adds negativity to your relationship even after you have addressed the situation with them. This could be a person where you will both operate better apart instead of together.
When the time comes you will know the exact things and people that should be removed. No worries. No stress. Let them go completely and calmly.
Create space for the new desires and blessings that are coming into your life.
